In this class we will combine two core Jewish spiritual practices: Torah study and meditation. In each class we will study texts related to our search for lives of holiness. We will also practice various techniques of meditation and mindfulness practice intended to help us recognize and experience holiness. 10:00 am

On Shabbat Shuva this year we prepare for reading one of the most poetic sections of the Torah. This year we will again be celebrating with poetry. Please bring a favorite poem that in some way expresses the meaning of the Yamim Nora'im. | ||
