OneVoice is an international grassroots movement that amplifies the voice of mainstream Israelis and Palestinians, empowering them to propel their elected representatives towards the two state solution. Two of the organization's main people: an Israeli and a Palestinian, who are the ones organizing a lot of the meetings between the two sides, and facilitating many of the discussions will be coming over to create the program with us

Ezzeldeen Masri was born in Gaza City in 1971. He completed his Bachelor’s in Political Science and Criminology in the spring of 1997 from Northeastern Illinois University. He then worked for Chicago's Board of Education as an Arabic/English bilingual teacher. In the fall of 2000, he completed his Master’s in International Relations, with specialization in conflict resolution. In 2003, he moved back to Palestine, and accepted a job with the American International School in Gaza, as a social studies teacher and head of the upper school. In November 2006, he opened OneVoice Palestine-Gaza office and was appointed as the Executive Director. After the end of the first Gaza War, he moved to Ramallah City and accepted the job of Director of Development in OneVoice Palestine. In the summer of 2010, he moved back to the Gaza Strip and was appointed as Director of OneVoice Palestine-Gaza. A recent article about Ezzeldeen Masri in the New York Times.

Dekel Canetti is working towards a PhD on Israel Studies at New York University and is a facilitator for Pathways to Peace, an Israeli Palestinian dialogue group. Born and raised in Ramat Hasharon, Dekel joined OneVoice after his year of service (shnat sherut) for the community. He was active throughout his studies in the Hebrew University and also led OneVoice Israel’ chapter there. He has engaged international audiences with a Palestinian partner in schools, communities, and conferences in North America, the UK and Ireland, as well as an event at the European Parliament to the Israeli and Palestinian delegations in Brussels
