Housing Options
There are various options for housing.
Multi-family bunk. Each bunk accommodates two to three families on bunk beds.
Private room. Most rooms have a queen-sized bed (some have two twin beds) and private bathroom. Private rooms are limited in number and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Multi-family bunks are included in your Retreat registration cost. There is a $100 discount per family who does not stay in camp housing. There is an additional $75 cost per family to stay in a private room.
You also have the option of making your own arrangement to stay at the Sterling Inn hotel, located 1-mile from Camp JRF.

Please indicate if there is a family you would like to bunk with, or have any other needs that were not mentioned.

Suggested Retreat Cost Per Adult (over 13): $160
Suggested Retreat Cost Per Child (3-13): $120
No cost for children under 3
We don't want anyone to make a decision to NOT ATTEND the Retreat because of the cost. The suggested price for the retreat covers our cost for housing, meals, supplies, babysitting, etc.
At your discretion you are free to discount the cost of the Retreat to allow attendance for you and your family.  No prior approval is necessary and this information will be kept confidential.

Families requesting a private room are expected to pay the suggested Retreat Registration Cost.

Please indicate here any amount you would like to make an additional contribution to support BK's Open Door policy. This will help assure that all members are able to attend the Retreat.

Please note that this contribution would be tax deductible.  The cost of the retreat is specifically not allowed as a tax deductible expense by the IRS.
