A 20-week program exploring the Jewish experience.  The course provides an introduction to contemporary Jewish experience through learning, questioning, and celebrating Judaism in the context of everyday life and Jewish history.  An open interactive atmosphere will foster a sense of chevrah or community.  The course is appropriate for anyone interested in exploring and sharing Jewish experience, regardless of background.  People encouraged to join the class include those interested in beginning preparation for an adult bar/bat mitzvah, those considering or working toward conversion, together with partners if appropriate, and parents who want to share their children’s growing involvement and knowledge of Judaism.
The class will meet every Shabbat morning, beginning November 15th, that children's Bet Midrash is in session from 9-10am.  The class will be taught by Rabbi Leana Moritt, an experienced Jewish educator who specializes in introducing the "Jewishly curious" to the beauty of Jewish life and practice.

This will be used to advise you of any changes to the class meeting schedule
