Dear [first_name],

We are gearing up for another great year of Bnai Keshet's Bet Midrash program!  Over the past few years, our program has seen tremendous growth in the areas of Hebrew education, experiential learning, text study, and the strength of our classroom communities.  Our teachers are so excited to build on this momentum and are planning for an even greater year ahead.  We are excited to boast this year that all of our teachers are returning teachers - professional educators who are committed to the vision and spirit of BK and most especially committed to the care and nurturance of our children.

There are three things YOU can do to make next year a richer, more vibrant experience for your children, yourselves, and our entire community:

•    Send in your dues/registration forms if you haven't yet! (Click here to complete the form online) The sooner we know who we're expecting, the better our teachers will be able to plan.  Please respond to our follow-up e-mails verifying your family's contact, emergency, and special needs and allergy information.

•    Read our
Family Handbook and attend our Orientation session on 9/21 after Morning Blessings at 9am (the first day of class).

•    Make a commitment this year to taking part in your child(ren)'s learning and building on your own Jewish knowledge.  Plan on coming in with your children at 9am and joining us in the Sanctuary for Morning Blessings and follow it up with an adult Bet Midrash class.

We are really thrilled that the BK buildings will soon be filled with the sounds of learning, laughter, prayer, and more.  Please don't hesitate to be in touch with any questions about the year or with any concerns about your own child(ren)'s learning.  Your children's teachers will also be in touch closer to the beginning of the school year to introduce themselves and give you their contact information.
