Ahron grew up in Tel Aviv and came to New York City to study business, where he met Sandy while working at a Jewish Summer Camp.
Ahron and Sandy were married and moved to Israel, where they built their home in Bet Oved, a small Moshav near Rishon LeZion. Ahron loved Bet Oved, and the acres of orchards he nurtured along with his business career.He created many innovations, such as the utilization of enriched water which was manufactured in Israel for medical applications.Ahron was a loving grandfather to Neeve, Noam, Netta, Romie, and Amitai. He was proud of his Ladino heritage, and was known for his passion for conversation.
He survived by his wife, Sandy, and his three sons: Micha, Haggai, and Amos.
Shiva will be held at Micha and Aya’s home at the following times:
Thursday 3/27/14 at 7pm with mincha service at 7:30pm.
Sunday 3/30/13 at 7pm with mincha service at 7:30.
