We join together in mourning for Naftali, Gilad and Eyal

The tragic news has swept through our community. The three teenage students -- Naftali Fraenkel, Gilad Sha'ar, and Eyal Yifrach -- abducted more than 2 weeks ago, were found murdered. During the weeks of their disappearance we prayed for their safe return. But we now sadly realize that they will not return home alive to the embrace of their families. They will not live to fulfill the promise of their young years.

We join the entire Jewish people and all our friends around the world in mourning their loss. May the memory of their youthful hope, innocence and promise stay with us and inspire us to work toward a world that will know no more injustice and pain.

May their families be sustained by their memories, by their communities and by the Compassionate One, the Life of All Worlds.

Federation of MetroWest is holding a "virtual vigil" on Facebook called: In Memory of #EyalGiladNaftali. This event provides an opportunity for our community to mourn together, share feelings, post prayers, and candles. Help keep their memories alive. For those of you on Facebook we hope you will join and invite others to participate
