Two bands, two styles, one evening of music drawn from the Jewish experience.

Marty Fogel, international jazz artist and composer, brings two great ensembles “home” to Bnai Keshet for a two-part evening of unforgettable music.  

Thread of Blue A jazz ensemble playing traditional and original music drawn from Jewish liturgy,  also features Aaron Alexander on drums, Brian Glassman on bass, Mitch Schechter on piano and Cantor Talya Smilowitz on vocals.	Djangle Box Project Djangle Box Project, named to honor Gypsy jazz guitarist Django Reinhardt’s acoustic guitar and led by Allen Watsky, plays a distinctive mix of Jewish, Roma, Eastern European and Middle Eastern music, over deep rhythmic grooves.  Marty, Brian and Klezmatics co-founder and drummer David Licht join Allen in this ensemble.
