Bnai Keshet is pleased to welcome congregants back to in-person services and programs. 

To help create a safe environment for everyone, all attendees are expected to be up-to-date with COVID-19 vaccinations. To be up-to-date, one needs to have been boosted if eligible for boosting.

In order to be admitted indoors, the following form must be filled out for all vaccine-eligible family members. This form only needs to be filled out once per household and will be kept on record for all future programming.
