Thank you, as always, for your generous gifts of spirit in making our High Holy Days a deep and meaningful experience. Leading these services is one of the great pleasures and privileges of our work as your rabbis.  Your  presence and participation as a community makes this especially uplifting and rewarding for us. 
 
For those who may have missed services or want to review a teaching you will find the link below.
  • We wanted to particularly thank all of those who helped make the holidays happen, logistically and spiritually.
  • Don Rifkin and Clair Goldberg, our High Holiday czar and czarina, for organizing all of the people and details.
  • Peter Herbst, Zach Lipner, Margo Bloom, Martin Slon, Elizabeth Lipner and Martin Fellner for organizing service leadership, schleppers, and aliyot.
  • Luis Schushinski, Peter Herbst, Debbie Wohl, Marty Fogel, Nancy Rosenblum, Lauren Meyer, Melissa Schaffer, and Akiva Tepperman for wonderful davening.
  • Thomas Jeszeck and all the inspiring Bnai Keshet choir members.Nathan Goldwasser and all of our Torah and Haftarah readers for giving us the opportunity to hear Torah so beautifully.  A particular thank you to our teenagers who stepped up to read!
  • Noemi Giszpenc, Alvaro Donado, Bruce Cohen, and Allen Keller for powerful dvarlettes
  • Sam Sheps, Dan Zinman, and our many other powerful shofar blowers!
  • Flory Jagoda for her terrific Ladino family blessing.
  • All of the schleppers, including Dan and Sam Epstein, Eric Schwimmer, Alan Brenner, and all the Slons!
  • Melissa Schaffer and Beth Sandweiss for leading meditation and chanting.
  • Rabbi Daniel Brenner for engaging so many of our teens with his teaching.
  • Rabbi Noach Shapiro for meaningful teaching on teshuvah.
  • Sarah Barasch-Hagans, our rabbinic intern, for beautiful teaching and for leading children's services.
  • Lincoln Richman, our songleader, for leading children's services and activities.
  • Alina Leonardo and our babysitters for providing safe and loving childcare throughout the holidays.
  • Our ushers, childcare registration volunteers, and the many other helping hands who made the days run smoothly and warmly greeted each adult and child who came through our doors.
  • Stuart Brown and Alina Leonardo, for managing the many logistics, both big and small.
