Bring them to BK and place them (carefully!) in the box outside the main office. Bet Midrash students need 35 (or so) pots for a fun project. Gently used is great, and Ruth Lowenkron will clean them. A close reading of the introduction of this classic text of Jewish ethical practice. My hope is that we won’t even get to the first chapter. Mussar is about remembering what we already know but fail to do, in such a way that we over time slowly change our behavior. Study is itself a key practice in this glacial process of redirecting our actions, one degree at a time, toward the good. So come to sit with Rabbi Elliott, study and get almost nowhere at all.
